Brian Rogers has over 28 years of experience in toxicology. Brian's technical expertise is in the design, implementation and oversight of nonclinical programs. He also assesses the safety implications of product impurities, leachables from drug devices, contamination and occupational exposures to drugs and chemicals. His experience covers a wide variety of drugs and device products, routes of administration and clinical indications. Brian has participated in non-clinical toxicology activities for well over 100 INDs and approximately 20 NDAs/BLAs. He has participated in over 30 face-to-face meetings with the FDA, including an FDA Advisory.
Brian is the founder and owner of Pacific BioDevelopment. He is also Chairman of the Scientific and Business Advisory Board for Lab-Vet BioPacific. Previously, he was the founder of BioCentra Professional Services and held various positions with Genentech, Inc. Chevron Environmental Health Center, Inc., and the National Institute of Environmental Health Science.
Brian earned his Bachelor of Science in Environmental Toxicology and his Master of Business Administration at the University of California, Davis and his Doctorate of Philosophy in Toxicology at the University of North Carolina. Brian is a certified Diplomate, American Board of Toxicology and an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Management, University of California, Davis. Brian has authored over 40 publications and is a regular speaker at workshops, and symposia on pharmaceutical development, toxicology and INDs.
